Our team of Case Managers and Parent Educators are ready to walk with you through your pregnancy and parenting journey. Services are available for expectant mothers or parents of a child 0-36 months of age. All services are offered in English and Spanish and are completely confidential.
Our team will work with you to provide pregnancy & parenting information at community events, schools, parishes, and more.
Community outreach presentations on special topics, including:
Resources and information for current and prospective St. Gabriel’s Pregnancy and Parenting Program clients.
After you enroll in our program our Case Manager will meet with you, listen to your challenges, and begin developing a family guidance plan to help you and your family achieve your life goals. The Family Guidance Plan is tailored to meet the individual needs of the mother and the family members.
We work closely with the Catholic Diocese of Austin parishes to offer spiritual and emotional support through the Gabriel Project Ministry.
